Electric Windows 'Dropping'

Second time - first after the problem being fixed.

Locked car after getting work this morning.

Went into work to get water to fill up washer.

Opened bonnet - filled up washer - locked car went inside.

Boss asked why was i driving around with my window down in minus temps.

Went outside - both windows had dropped down a good four inches after being locked?

Could it be anything to do with having the bonnet up?

Sounds to me as if you have the key programmed to open the windows - put it in your pocket accidentally push the button = windows come down.
This is a programable option on the key, a visit to the dealer is required to set it how you want it

In Italy

I had the same problem with my one. Locked the doors, walked away, indicators flashed and the windows rolled down. Disconnected the battery to let control units power down, then reconnect the battery to re-boot control units - job done and never played since.

Its the key to be fair - pressing unlock for longer than two seconds - then woof the both windows pop down. Doesnt explain why previously only one window popped down tho

So the keys are programmable then?
