Service Engine soon light after reduction pulley installed

After installing a 15% reduction pulley in my 2006 MCS, the service engine soon light came on. The scanner shows fault code P0031 Heater circuit low bank 1 sen 1. What should I do?

Check to make sure you have actually connected the first O2 sensor. The connection is a fiddly one right next to the air filter. Well thats what it sounds like to me... the O2 sensor heater power isnt connected properly.
