Hope this is the right place to post.

I currently take my car to a garage in Chiswick (they are my default garage as they are part of the dealership in bought the car from) and they're really really bad at customer service (whole other story).

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of anywhere better that I can take my car to, as I would hate to continue to give money to a company that can't really be bothered to provide adequate (read as basic) customer service.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

I bought from MINI Chiswick. At the time they were owned by HR Owen. They were consistently rude, sterile, egotistical, unconcerned and lazy.

So I used Battersea instead. They were slightly better.
