being well aware of coolant and exploding tank issues with older minis, has any one lost a tank on facelift r53

just wondering if its worthwhile investment to splash out on a shiny new Ali tank if the oem part is now up to the job?

50 views and no response, looking good for OEM at the moment, had a feeling that 10% of the older ones had expired on "performance" enhanced minis
