Offline | Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! Someone reversed into my 22 day old Cooper S yesterday. ![]() They've scuffed and broken the front bumper and scuffed possibly dented just under the headlight. ![]() I'm going to call MINI Accident Management tomorrow so hopefully they'll be able to put my car back to how it was. Has anyone had any experience with them yet? 2002 Porsche Boxster |

Offline | Re: Crash I've used them (twice, not my fault either time), combined with my BMW insurance and an approved BMW repair shop. All went pretty well second time. First time was a bit of a do. Paul (cursed). |

Offline | Huge delay because BMW Insurance and the body shop couldn't seem to communicate. Second time I got hassles too now I remember. They thought I had MINI insurance (despite me telling them several times it was BMW cover and NOT MINI) and was only entitled to a courtesy car for 2 (or 3?) days. When in fact with BMW your entitlement is 21 days. (Both in addition to the time the car is actually being repaired, during which time the garage should/can arrange a car for you). |

Offline | Sounds like standard insurance business procedure, we'll see how I get on tomorrow... Just thinking about it, if they didn't mess about so much, they'd save a fortune on overheads, then they could lower our premiums! 2002 Porsche Boxster |
