Has anyone ever wrote or been in contact with MINI UK with regards to the amount of rectifications being made to their car.
The reason I`m asking is my Cooper has now a list into double figures with various things going wrong ,the latest after the creaky sunroof cassette being replaced, we found one of the technicians had leaned on the roof a bit too hard and dented it slightly. Its going up tommorow for them to try and push it back out.
Now the steering columns knocking every time you turn the wheel at slow speed.
I`m thinking of writing or e-mailing them to see why they are not telling anyone about these faults that seem to be appearing quite often now.
By the way we`ve had the car a year now.
