Wonky Rear Plate

Just noticed my rear plate is about 1.5cm lower on the offside.
Is it mounted on a slider i.e. If i unscrew it, can I raise it up?

I dont think you can. The holes are drilled into the boot on mine, with plastic gromits to screw into.

I have had new plates made now anyway, i stuck them on with sticky pads. Still holding firm, and they are straight.

Let your dealer fix it - he messed it up. Just in case you slip with a screwdriver and put a nice groove down your boot or you crack the number plate.

The rear plates are just as Minty described
