Dripping from centre of car

I've just come back from taking the MINI for a spin and I wanted to check that water is being disposed of properly by the air conditioning system (I have manual air-con).

I was always under the impression that the outlet was by the passenger door, but when I nelt down there was nothing there.

However, bang on the centre axis of the car and in-line with the front of the doors was a puddle being formed on the ground by a frequent drip of what looks like water.

Is this actually the air-con outlet, or should I be concerned?

I don't know where the outlet should be but if the liquid is clear and odorless chances are it is from the air-con.

you do get dripping from condensation on the cooling core.

That's exactly the right place for the a/c condensation. I know this because of the near constant puddle on my garage floor under the middle of the car.

Ya that freaked me out the first time too... but the funny thing is it was parked over night then when i moved the car the next morning it started dripping... We've concluded that it was AC water since it was odorless and felt like water. Drove it that day and nothing is wrong with the car and its been almost a month now. SO ya dripping water from the middle is AC condensation i presume.
