Offline | Anyone else with paddles having problems with changing gears? When I go to change up a gear occasionally it changes down instead and hits the redline. It only appears to do it with the paddle on the right hand side though, so I'm hoping it's nothing major. |

Offline | it's done it about 10 times in 3000 klm. I thought it may have been me the first few times but it's not me. I just drove a friends Works S WOW! When I got back in my CVT it changed down twice after one hit but I think that one may have been me... the buzz from driving the Works had not worn off. If they ever make a CVT Works S I will sell my house, my soul and my cat to get one! ![]() |

Offline | not to get off subject here either, but we humans can do stupid things... A couple of times I've gone to downshift (tap up) in steptronic mode, only to realize that I was in 'D' and not 'SD' and I ended up in 'N' with a fiesty engine! ![]() p.s. no CVT paddles in the US yet |

Offline | No problems with my paddles - great fun when I feel like using them. Only thing I would say is that I wish they had put a plus and a minus on them or some kind of visual help - as sometimes I can't remember which way to pull/press them! ![]() Rainbow Dreamer 2005 Cooper S Convertible |
