Help-My car is seriously broken!

Ok, installing new amp today (although i dont think this has anything to do with my problem). I left my headunit on for a little too long, with the heater and so on , and the battery i think ran itself down. However, before i got another car to jump start it, i gave it another go, and it started first time!
However!

-My right indicator is atleast twice the speed of the left one
-The boot wont lock and shut properly.
-Rear window wiper wont work (although it still washes n wipes together)

Any advice?
Nice one

Back when I used to install stereos, I has a car that when done with the new system, the windshield wipers were on when the key was in the ignition, take the key out they would turn off. Finally I found a screw I used to hold a wire clip, went through the sheet metal and into a wire loom on the other side where I anchored my wire. I could only see the wire loom when I removed the offending screw, took a LONG time to find the problem. Sounds like the is a short with wires going to the rear of the car, check all your screws, just an idea.......

WARNING-Objects in rear view mirror have a tendency to disappear!

I take it you've checked all the fuses?
( Sorry for stating the obvious )

im no genius, so i will go n check all my fuses!
However, is there a fuse for the rear boot latch only? And if a fuse has gone, how come the rear wiper only works half the time, as opposed to not at all. Lastly, why would it speed up my indicator on the right side.

Am off to check my fuses!
Nice one!

Your indicators speed up when a bulb has gone....
Check that all the bulbs are working when you indicate right, including the repeater and the dashboard.
Sounds like an overload, which may have blown some fuses and bulbs only if you are lucky.

My guess for what is worth is that the computer has got spiked as you managed to start the car.

Get your battery fully charged first and then disconnect it from the car. Leave it for 10mins or so and then reconnect. This should cause everything to reset correctly and hopefully resolve your issues.

Let us know what fixes it?

Thanks guys.
I replaced the use for the rear wiper-it now works.
Replaced fuse for central locking-boot latch now closes but wont open again
Indicator issue not resolved.
Am off to the dealer this afternoon after work, but they are unlikely to replace any parts under warranty-hope the bill isnt too high.

Thanks for the input

took the car to the dealer, he looked at the car and told me there was a 'serious' problem with the wiring, and that the whole car would have to be taken in and wiring problem diagnosed.
****. The rear light cluster was not grounded properly, the bolt was loose, which caused the indicators to flash quick and boot not to close. Simple as tightening a bolt!
Nice one for the help!
