Xenon beam pattern wrong after new light fitted?

I've had new xenons fitted after a crash and was wondering if the beam pattern is correct. On the passenger side (UK) the beam goes diagonal but at the top part its dimmer than the bottom. I've seem this on the garage door. Ive attached a picture to demonstrate. Is yours the same?

EDIT: IGNORE THE PIC BELOW. Its more like the one in the third post.

Just been back out and I have posted a modified picture below. I'm concerned about the dark areas on the left. Is it normal?

(cant edit first pic for some reason)

Hmm, mine dont look quite like that. The general outline is right, but those black bits dont.

Could someone else take a look at their xenons tonight please.

Also what could be the cause?

I don't have the black lines. I have no idea how the bulb is fitted into the headlamp but could it be slightly misplaced enough to alter the focus position in relation to the main reflector and hence cause inacurate illumination
