Just waxed my 'S' today and found the fixing bolts for the bonnet scoop have fallen off. This is the second time this has happened; last time I replaced the bolts and used 'lock tight' to seal the threads but they've still managed to come off.
Any suggestions????????

Did the same today too. Finished washing the MINI and popped the hood to find the nuts were missing off the scoop bolts. Did they originally come with lock washers?

They're serrated washer head nuts.

You can find Nylocks that fit. Info in this thread
Add some serrated washers and you should be good.. Don't know about the rear 2 screws.
