I am in a 03 MCS, and it's only been out for 6500k in 5 months... i already got as if i crashed.. and i know i didnt

i got 2 big problems... one is the misaligned hood. Before it was nothing and the dealer told me it's no problem, however the problem is now VERY severe. On the left hand side of the front hood, with the hood closed, I can see into the engine bay, albeit very little of it.. and this is only happening on the left too

related, but not sure is my dashboard. With the doors closed, the gap between the door hinge and the dashboard is not equal on the left to the one on the right. the one on the left could fit my entire hand flat in, whereas the one on the right can't even get a finger in.

anybody with issues like this? im going to get it looked at
