About a month ago, I got my steering collum which is a common problem with MINI's. After driving it for a while, I notice that the streering will vibrates when at idle. This is only when the steering collum is in look postion. This all happened after the steering collum was replaced. Any ideas what it is?

check the muffler bearings

I agree with buz. Have it looked at.
Your description is a little vague but the important thing is you noticed something is different. That should be enough.
