Question Car Lunging

I purchased a MC a couple of months ago. I have experienced the car slightly lunging while I was at a total stand still. I pressed the brake as much as I could and the car still feels like it's lunging forward. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Does your MINI have a standard transmission or the CVT?

Thought so. The answer is yes, others have experienced this, including myself. Take it in to the dealership and get them to check it out. I'm sorry I don't remember the details, but I believe it's a software issue. No big deal to fix and my CVT hasn't done it in well over a year.

Thanks Sejanus. It's nice to know it might not be a big deal.
