What camber and rake (?=camber) adjustments? You can check these things
(and for quite a bit less than 136), but they're not really adjustable without
aftermarket camber plates, adjustable rear control arms, replacing suspension
parts, or such.
Front toe in is easy to do, rear toe more of a pain, but is adjustable to some degree.

I think the KDS laser alignment is usually about £150 from dealers so if you have been quoted £136 then this is good. If not the KDS then if you want it done in the best possible way I would pay the extra £14 and have the KDS alignment.

Just to upset the apple cart My dealer wanted abuot £180.00 to do a KDS check
So I took it to the local tyre company to have it done ( laser aligment check front and rear + adjustment) they told me that the dealer actually take their cars to them to be done

Here`s the rub BMW/MINI = approx £180.00

Tyre company = £30.00 (and I have the printout showing readings and invoice showing cost

SO £136.00 is a rip off

my mate is the son (and manager) of owner of McConechys Tires (now own Hi-Q). My boss went for a 4 wheel laser alignment in his alfa to the Glasgow South Side branch and it should have cost approx £20- 30. Not all branches have the kit tho.

Yes. As I said in my post, my dealer actually take their cars to be checked by the tyre company. Then charge you for the privilage

In the context of the thread, £136 from the dealer is a very good price, but yes, as with anything, you can get it cheaper if you shop around!
