Motor Problem!!!

Today i went to my dealer and when he was looking for the chasis number, saw this spots.
He told me that there must to be a litle fissure in one of the motortubs. I know nothing of mechanics and i don't understand what happens. He said me they will repar it.
It's dry and i noticed 1.5 months ago and now it's bigger.
Have anyone got this spots?

HELP!!!!

Thanks for all.

Quim,

It looks like you have had a small but steady leak of coolant out of one of the radiator hoses, or out of where the radiator hose connects to the engine. It could be a leak in the hose, a bad hose clamp, or a small crack where the hose connects. The dealer can fix this easily. Has your car ever overheated? Have you been keeping an eye on the coolant level in the reservoir? If you have had a small leak then the level in the reservoir will eventually go down noticeably.

Espero que my pobre Cooper no sufre mucho.

(I'm spanish so you won't have that understandin' problem xD)

It seems your car is still on warranty...so: if the motor crashes or fails..., they change it for free??Considering it's really EXPENSIVE...
Well i'm also having a noise problem when i start the car...it's like RRR-RRR but when i push the clutch...it goes OFF!! I dunno what may it be, maybe a gearbox problem but...guess i'll ask my dealer on my next revision.

Good luck quim!

Well if you could give me more details...that noise goes at same rythm as the motor without any gear, and sounds like I said (rrr-rrr)...Warranty would cover it or it would be like brake discs that have a limited life time? ...thx4all
