United-Kingdom Seat Premature wear!

Anyone head any problem with their seats ?
I'm on an 05, 54 plate model with 3.5k racked up (only have a 5 min commute every day!) and my drivers seat has just started to make noise's like say, a bed mattress would make when the springs have had it!

I'm 13 and 1/2 stone so I'm not lite or heavy really ...middle of the road, so surely this really would be premature failure !!

It's just my car goes in to the dealers tomorrow for new window linings (having smeared windows) and of course rattles so I was going to ask their opinion about the seat!

Also any more feedback on V41 ? Incidentally my dealer won't do an upgrade unless I'm experiencing a particular issue !!

I had the squeeky seat problem, finally solved by the dealer after replacing the seat frame(supposedly cracked), lubricating the moving parts(forward/backward slide, up/down mechanism), and finally they supposedly removed the seat fabric and added something between the fabric and the foam(this seems to have finally fixed the problem)

Just had v41 installed to correct problems that were introduced after the installation of v39 (USA problem with EnvironmentalProtectionAgency issues about the petrol vapor collection system). It did NOT help. Still have "cold start" and throttle related issues under partial throttle applications and jerking as you ease off the throttle in the 2,200 to 3,500 rpm range.

Under v32 that came stock on my '02 MCS I had none of these problems.

Motor on, Dudes and Dudettes!!!
