Hello all:

Just noticed a weird behavior on my 05 MCS.

The top brake light will not turn off when the car's engine is shut off and the key has been removed from the ignition. It's in a dim, always on, state when the car is off.

Is there anything I can do about this? I worry that the battery will drain through the night.

Ok, I've tried turning on and off the engine and various other remedies mentioned in other threads regarding this problem. None have worked.

Does anyone know which fuse is the tail light's, the top tail light to be specific? I can't tell from the diagrams on the back of the fuse boxes. I'd like to disconnect the tail light so it does not drain the battery until tomorrow when I can take it to the dealer.
