| Claims with BMW Insurance Xmas eve my poor mini was written off by someone jumping a give way sign and I only recieved my cheque for my new car from BMW Insurance last week and they only gave me a courtesy car after a huge fight and it wasn't anywhere as nice as my MINI-has anyone else had this sort of problem with BMW insurance? 2 and a half months without my MINI was awful  |

| Only ever made a claim with them for damage, not a write off, and they were excellent. Free courtesy for the duration, fast service, faultless. |

| When I had to claim repair done really quick, had a car etc. Only problem was when it came to claiming back my excess - I'd probably still be waiting for it now except I was doing a whiplash claim and the solicitor got the excess back. Insurance weren't very good at communicating with me or other side, for my benefit. But then I can imagine a lot of insurance companies are like this? |
