Hi all, I'm new to the Mini scene though I've wanted one for a long time now. I just today started pricing them online and found out about the Mini Select program in the financing options of the miniusa site. I realize that I will end up paying more for the car if i buy it this way but it brings down the monthly payment to around $150-$200 USD. If I financed it through mini my monthly payments were close to $300 or so. I was wondering if it really would be a bad idea to go through mini select and in 3 years refinance the balloon payment. How much do you think I'd over pay vs. straight financing. I'd would also consider trading it back in and getting a new one when the term is over. Also with Mini Select are there any milage restrictions like on a lease? i'm a college student and drive quite a bit so a lease would be no good for me. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
