Tomorrow I will find out!!!

Ok, tomorrow will be spent ringing as many insurance companies up to find the cheapest quote. If I get a price for under £2k I'll go and start the search for my first MCS!

About me;

Age - 19
Sex - Male
Live - Low risk (I think) TN2
Years NCB - 1
License Held - 16 months
Passplus - Yes
Points/Convictions - No

Sooo, can it be done?

The list I have so far;
Performance Direct
Performance Insurance
Need2Insure
Admiral
Adrian Flux
Swinton
Churchill
Direct line
Gap Insurance
Quinn Direct
Endsleigh
Insureandgo
Morethen
Norwhichunion
Swiftcover
Elephant
Hastings Direct
Zurich
Bell
A-Plan

Any others which are popular on here? Or any of these companies where you have to be at least 21 (so I can save time not ringing).

All help much appreciated!

More whiiiine please!

Ok here goes - best two quotes I received;

Adrian Flux £1897
Bell £1842

I think for the sake of £55 I'll go with Adrian Flux as I have heard off here they don't charge any thing for optional extras? So overall I'm pretty happy!!

More whiiiine please!

If it makes you feel any better, my insurance on my first car, a 1968 50bhp VW Beetle was over 1k back in the day, so that's not actually too bad!

Hi Freedo!

I notice you live in the Tunbridge Wells area - have you looked at your local MINI club's website, Kent And East Sussex MINI Club?

We arrange loads of runs and meets in your area and as soon as you get your MCS it'd be great to see you on a run with us!!

Glad you managed to sort your own insurance Freedo. Good luck with the MCS hunting.
