For Flux Sake

Insurance renewal at the end of the month, already with admiral. Have a 210 '05 MS jcw, 35 y/o and insurance already is around £600 so probably go down again. Greenlight also gave me a quote which I could probably get lower.
So, tried Adrian Flux which a few people have banged on about.
The quote, £1627

Yeah right 'o, maybe they steer clear of N.I. drivers. Adrian can flux off

A few of the NI guys (myself included) are with Quinn Direct. Might be worth trying them?

Cheers everyone, swiftcover unfortunately don't cover N.I. drivers, haven't tried e-sure yet, might give Quinn Direct another looky here Nylo as I think I did get a quote before from them.

e-sure don't do over here either.

Unfortunately in N.Ireland a lot of insurers won't cover us although some are starting such as Directline etc. Admiral have been the best so far for me but a lot of the other insurers from the mainland won't insure us which leaves us in a worse position than most. Probably why Adrian Flux was soooo expensive and that was before I even added the mod list, this was just an initial quote??

Not at all, it was an online quote I put in, the one problem I believe for them is the fact i'm in N.Ireland as a lot of Insurers bump the price up for cover over here. Greenlight was v reasonable but some other insurers are way too high on they're quotes and some don't touch us at all.

Yup, the really annoying thing is when you spend half an hour filling in an online form only for them to tell you, "sorry, we don't cover N. Ireland"

Did you try Quinn?

totally agree nylo, very annoying when that happens. I did try Quinn and they were roughly the same as the others, the fact that admiral give me a 10 month accelerator policy does sit nicely though.

well I will take my business else where, by the by privilage have quoted me £500 odd so may go with them for the 5th year

ADDED, comapnies which wont insure me...
