Anybody heard or used this insurance company? If so what are they like?

eModified Car Insurance - Welcome to Modified

They are part of eGroup and insure cars, homes, vans and bikes and are underwritten by Norwich Union and Southern Rock

The website states 'Repair to the modified parts of the car following an accident – if we were made aware of the modifications at the time cover under the policy was effected, we will repair the damage, replace what is lost or pay the cost of loss or damage to your car, including the modified parts.'

The quotes arent half bad, but is it to good to be true?!

I found some reviews online for you Jo.... eCar Insurance Review - Car Insurance. Review of 356383

Seems to be a bit of a swindle, they offer you a modifed policy at a reduced rate, then when you try to declare further mods, they tuck you up a real treat

Mm. i got a quote and it comes out £340 more than im paying now... Theres cheaper ones around for deffinateley, plus after Jons findings, wouldnt bother.
