Anyone else insured with BMW????

I rang up today to add a exhaust to my policy and they said i already had 6 mods on there so i couldnt!!!!!!! Ive read there terms and it has nothing about this. Im not happy as they've added sum off my extras to the Mod's list! Like my sports susp, fog lights and spolier, and it just aint fair.

Anyone else had this kinda prob with them?

Fog lights? Sports Suspension? Didn't your car come with these?? If so then they're not mods.

Ditch BMW insurance!!

yep they came with the car as extras, and they've added um to my list, it says nothing about there max off 6 in there terms, im on the phone again to them. I think it was just the woman i spoke to this morning making it up!

I'm not sure if things coming out of the factory can be classed as "mods"...

Thats a B@$%#%d Tell them you`ll go else where, see if that makes them more willing to accept your mods. Anyway if its a factory fitted option i cant see how it can be a mod. Insurance companies are all Gits

Well the woman i just spoke to was very nice, added my exhaust and said there aint a limit, wish id got the womans name who told me i couldnt now!

What is it with insurance companys! most people wouldnt have told them and when u do and wanna pay they say no! grrrrrrrrrrrr

Well Mini Insurance seems loads better for me because of extras and stuff...Direct Line wanted to charge me an extra £200 for having salt and alloys...grrrr....

Black ONE - Salt Pack, Boost, CD Changer, ASC&T, 8 Spokes, Alarm and Glovebox Arrived 16/10/02 and I love it Driving lights, aero spoiler and some chrome bits to follow...
