Dealership finance and APR

I am looking to buy a Cooper S convertable 26K 06 plate for £14900 (see other threads for whether this is over odds!).

Should I use dealer finance and what sort of APR should I expect. i want to own the car outright.

Are there companies on the net that offer finance?

From a dealer something stupid like 12%. Negotiate, but you'd be better off asking the bank for a loan. Would be a LOT cheaper

banks your looking at around 9% apr push the dealer they should match that, i got mine to 9.9%

nowadays the dealer should be able to match/beat the banks for finance.

check out Alliance and Leicester, etc then ask the dealer to match/beat.

obviously there are companies on the net, but you need to be careful as there are a lot of cowboys out there !!
