2013 Clubman S Lease Question

Hi,

I am new to this forum and I am looking to pickup a lease for a 2013 Clubman S. I am looking at 36 months with 18k miles per year. Here are the options I am looking at:

Metallic paint, black headlights, white turn signals, xenon lights, roof rails, cold weather, tech pkg (with nav), premium pkg, sport pkg (with upgraded wheels), sport suspension, rear fog lamp and auto dimming mirrors. Final MSPR is 33,750 and they shaved ~800 off sticker.

I went to a local dealer and received a quote of 500/month with 4k down. I didnt get the residual or MF or bank fee info yet (I will), but I wanted to get a ballpark here if this looks like a decent lease or not. I have leased a lot in the past, so I know the process, but I don't know the starting points here, e.g., is 800 off stick good for this car, what is the base MF, base bank fee, etc.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

I was also looking to lease a 13 Clubman S at around the same price ($29k) but realized that the loan rates are so low that my monthly payments are actually less than a lease (1.49%, 60 months) even with nothing down, plus I keep the car and whatever equity I have invested in it. It's interesting to consider that 4k down brings your car to a $500 monthly payment at 1.49% anyways. So I figure you can either pay 36 months and have no equity/ownership, or continue another 24 months and you own the whole car to keep or sell.

I have heard musings that this may be the last year for the Clubman which I imagine could quite possibly improve it's resale value down the road as a hard-to-find niche vehicle.

If that happens you could always buy the new Clubvan and stick some windows in it like they used to do with the old mini vans?
