How Much Does Auto Insurance Cost for a New Driver?

How much typically does car insurance cost per year if i am a first time driver and car is brand new?

Depends on your age and model of car and driving experience, clean record etc , Ive heard of an 18 years old in a Cooper S being quoted £15000 insurance for the first year.

in 1972 (i was 18 years), i almost bought a saab 99 turbo ... i could afford the car, but not the insurance ... the car payment was going to be $79 per month, the insurance was going to be $300 PER MONTH!
