i would say its low to medium. i live on the berkshire/surrey/hampshire border if that helps.

without the crash it would be about £1700, and cheaper still with no claims bonuses.

once u get to 21years it seems to drop quite a lot.

i don't know mate. i think you would probably have to ring them up. although 3years no claims should help you a lot...

my insurance on the saxo was £1400 and that was when i was 20years with 1years NCB. the saxo was insurance group 14.

This insurance thing is total b0ll0cks, I wanted to chop my mini one in when it was 2yrs old that would make me 20 and get an S but it ain't lookin good.
Just for the record i was paying over £2500 on a 1.2 Corsa worth 4k when I was 17

Anymore comments welcome

try elephant.co.uk. i'm 23 with 1 crash and 6 points (don't ask!) with 1 year NCB. They quote was £1,100 for my new MCS I pick up a week today!!

I have a cunning plan!

Hi

I'm picking up a MCS in 2 weeks'ish. At the moment the best quote I have is £630 with AXA Direct. I am 26 with 4 years no claims.

Insurance is better for me now, but in the past I've paid premiums around a £1000.... kinda sucks !

DS/B, Chilli, fully loaded.
