| power loss! please help guys i need help! gt a mc cvt with a hks intake and a custom exhaust system fitted. recently ive been having probs with the engine revs. seems to reach 5k...revs drop then it resumes its duties...has anyone encounterd this prob with their cvts? i sent my car in for checks to the engine n d tranny but they sed its fine n dandy...they sed its normal for cvt equippd cars...i dnt agree...what say u guys? |

| Please explain this further. It does not seem normal. How much throttle are you applying (full, to resistance point, partial, ...)? Do you let off throttle before it "stalls" or whatever is happening? I don't understand what you are experiencing. Use some example we can duplicate or relate to, such as a level freeway onramp acceleration to 70mph.
