Wink Winking.... one light stays on?

So this is an interesting one. It has happened twice so far. I drive with my lights on, park, turn off the lights.... yet one parking light and one wheel reflector red light stay on. Puzzling. In both instances I unlocked the car, turned the lights and and off, and again the same thing - headlights out, one parking light out, one one. Even stranger is that it has happened on both sides. After I turn the lights on and off a few times it finally goes out. Any ideas?

Probably you have left the indicator stalk down or up, as though you were indicating when you turned off the engine.
This is standard feature on most cars in UK, called a parking light.

Yup almost certainly this...just tried it on mine and if you leave the indicator down it makes that side the "parking light"
