Windscreen rubber trim - MINI Cooper Forum

Hi there,
Can anyone quickly answer this question for me, I have a 2003 cooper and have noticed the rubber trim/seal at the bottom of the windscreen has come away from the glass in a couple of places and was a bit concerned this may let water into the cabin, can anyone confirm whether this is/isn't the case.

I had a gap in my trim after a windscreen replacement. My dealer told me no water would get into the cabin. I think you should be ok.

same here,

dealer said it was fine, so did an autglass windscreen fitter, no worries
