Auto window down when opening the door...

Hi all, first post on the site!!! (although been browsing for about 4 months now!! Great Site!)
I got my New Mini Cooper / HB/W about a month ago now (sorry no pics - no digi cam yet!)
As you probably all know the frost has started to set in! and winter is now on us!
The problem started yesterday, when my mrs got out of the passenger side - the window didnt go down a notch - hence the door wouldnt shut. I then put the window down using the leccy, and it worked fine after that, until today!!!! did exactly the same today!! the drivers side opens and shuts as usual - the passenger side doesnt!
Im wondering if any of you had the same problem and to see if its a warranty job or if its just a frozen mechanism?? i find it strange just being the passenger side if its the latter!
Hope someone can help me - i want to avoid taking Hypes back to the garage if i can!!!

Could be frosty, could be a bad part. Most likely worth a trip to the dealer, assuming you've already tried making sure the window is FULLY closed (press and hold the window switch in the UP position to make sure it's all reset).
