Vibrations after washing car

It's pretty damn cold here. approx. 10 deg F windchill. I went and gave the MINI a wash yesterday to get rid of the salt from the roads and It drove fine before I went to the self serve autowash, but afterwards I could feel a shaky vibration type feeling when I drove it. I thought the rims/brakes/wheels/whatnot may have frozen with ice from the washer, but I've washed cars in the past at the same temp and haven't had these kind of issues. Any ideas as to what might be causing the problem or has anyone else had the same issues?

Have you checked your wheelnuts are tight enough? Is it at high speed, or all the time?

I haven't checked them...but it's at all speeds, but more noticeably at higher speeds.

Could be one of the wheel balancing weights was dislodged with the water pressure or brushes. They're only stuck on with glue these days.

You might have some ice build up. Any chance you can thaw it out somewhere and take it for another spin.

Unfortunetly no. I also checked the weights and they were fine. I think it's just the ice build up that has created an off balanced wheel.

When I used to live in Michigan, my friend has had similar problems and it was due to the ice build up behind the spokes of the wheels. I don't know for sure that this is the same problem but sounds about right...
