Information

My wife doesnt drive her MCS much to the point where shes only doing 10-15 miles per day! This wont damage the car in anyway will it (as in not driving it much)

Any car that is not driven much will start to get a build up of carbon deposits in the engine that will start to affect performance and mpg. Especially if the car doesn't fully get up to temperature doing this low mileage.

There are some options though: Take the car out for a blast at weekends, use Shell Optimax Unleaded which helps clean deposits, use an engine and fuel system cleaner, or, the best option, a combination of all three.

It was acceptable in the 80's

And no doubt the exhaust will constantly be moist making it rust faster.....

Go for a good drive once a week where you might get the throttle fully open sometimes to give it a flush through. Good for the injectors....

cool. ill see what happens! Thing is taking the car out for the sake of it, your not really going anywhere (im not concerned about the price of petrol or anything) youd just be driving about clocking up!
