Fuel line problems

Anyone suffering from the latest problem? My MINI ONE was due on 27th July but has now been delayed by a few days owing to a "recall on fuel lines". Disappointed but would feel worse if it had arrived and they took it away again! Have to say that dealer very apologetic, but I did only find out when I went to pay for it today!

Proud to enjoy MINI ONE - liquid yellow, salt, Xenons, beige leather, 7-hole alloys, climate, CD, trip computer and lots of chrome!

Yes, this happened to me. I don't mind waiting for a car to be right - but I do resent having been told on the day of hand-over. Now THAT was poor communications!

be glad you had your problem solved before delivery! We were towed twice within 2 days of purchase before they temporarily put a tie wrap on the fuel line and said they were waiting for a fix. No news yet...so thanks for the info that one is available!

I collected my MINI ONE built early July last week. I wonder if it has a possibly faulty fuel line on it

Any info on this issue please MINIGUY?

Fuel Line problems

Just to keep you posted - went into dealer today with insurance details and "magic", they've managed to get the date brought forward again. I'm hoping to meet my MINI this weekend!!! Couldn't have been a really major problem after all.

Thanks to all who have posted to my thread, nice to know you are all out there.
