Hat don't go through the insurance, I know a nice man at a BMW approved body shop that might be able to sort this out for you for a good cash price

Lets catch up soon

You have to buy the mechanic doing work, his lunch now! It's a new EU directive to improve productivity

Was it one of those Chav scooters? Should have rammed him!

lets hope that something suitable and fitting happens to him.

Just like the Pikey builders who dropped bricks in the road and took the splitter off the front of the exige the other week

if Bradford is anyhting like where I live it was probably some 16 yr old chav punk who thinks he owns the road cos mummy and daddy bought him a scooter

don't worry, the way most of them ride them he'll wind up flat on his **** on the tarmac soon

it should be quite a simple repair, remove all trim around the panel, unbolt the panel and then replace it with a nice new one which has been painted, much easier than on a classic mini where welding would be required.

Not bad for a first quote, but think it can be a bit cheaper maybe

If you pay cash you will get a nice price he will let you know if it can be repaired. Last time I was in for a massive dint in my passenger side door and they was repairing a 360 Spyder Modena

Unhappy

You not had much luck with your car? I sometimes think mines jynx'd too. Get it fixed privately and don't go through insurance they will bleed you for a long time to come....

As for me:

1. Crashed it coming home from wiltshire after a track day (my fault ) 4k damage
2. Cyclist crashes into my door a fraction open, loose 2 years NCB and a dented door
3. Buy 2nd hand GTT manifold, CAT is destroyed and flexi joint blows
4. Buy a brand new GTT manifold and number 5 happens
5. Mini run got rear ended, full new exhaust system new GTT mani bent, heatshield, subframe bolts
6. Go to work a few days later, chavs break into my car and steal my snooper in broaad daylight and attempt to run me over
7. Goto a rolling road at superchips and the odc socket refuses to talk to any equipment at all even bluefin / bmw equipment car can't be remapped....

Car I had previously nothing ever ever happened to it... I think some cars just attract problems.
