Parklane Windscreen washer problem

Hey all - I've taken my 06 Parklane back to the dealer three times to fix a simple problem of the windscreen wash tube coming off the bottle, but BMW can't seem to fix it properly. They mentioned to me that they've had another Parklane in recently with exactly the same problem - does anyone else know of this problem, and an easy way to fix it?

I've got to take it back on tomorrow and have suggested superglue to them!

They could try a zip tie and roughing up the inside of the pipe or the outside of the nipple on the reservoir to get more grip.

It was acceptable in the 80's

well, just been in and they've stuck a cable tie on it... I've got a feeling that isn't going to solve the problem long term.

But hey, I got Mini washed for my hassle.

Pure Silver lost windscreen washer fluid

couldn't believe it. I poured 1 litre of windscreen washer fluid into the filler cap to see it pour out of the wing drain by the drivers door. What a swizz! Thats what happens if you use cheap materials in important and inaccessible areas. Clearly the tank is holed or the pipe has fffff fallen off. ffff flippinn L
