First Problem!!!!

got my Mini cooper S booked in at my local dealer on thursday 13th July, got a noisy clutch release bearing!!! only had the car 2 weeks it's 2nd hand and covered 26k miles, also the silver trim round the inner door handle has become loose and i am sometimes unable to open the door properly as the handle doesn't return to its normal position!? has any one else had any similar problems?? and help and advice is more than grateful. i'm sure my BMW deler will fix it. This is also my first post as i'm a new member. i shall keep you all informed on how the car gets on once its back with me

Mine has recently started the noisey clutch release too, booked in on Monday

turned out that it needed a modified clutch, plate and release bearing as my car is in between 2 chassis numbers which the factory knew of a problem. all done under warrany and no problems now

Hope mine goes aswell, dropping it off tomorrow as I slept in on Saturday and couldnt get there in time b4 close

Just been advised by Mini mine is having a new clutch/flywheel assembly fitted under warranty, its an 03/03 car.

Oh, and a new window mech as its noisy as hell.
