ASC light comes on if your runflat does I think. In my S the DSC light seems too. The softer tyre means lack of grip so the system warns you I guess. What the other is I can't say but I suggest taking it to a garage check all the pressures. Reset to RF indicator is per manual and then drive around for a few minutes and see if the ASC light switches out. I had all mine light up on a rolling road as the sensor on the rear went nuts as the rears didn't roll when the fronts were going round with the engine at 7k rpm! Did the tyres reset the RF and the other lights all went off after 10 mins of driving.

If that does not work then take it in, but BMW will charge unless you have cherished warrantee....I guess it might be second hand??!

This is the most unprofessional bit of site management I have seen since I was banned from a certain other site...at least they had the excuse that they were enthusiasts who had strong views and not professionals paid to keep thier cool!

Emergency service wont help and BMW wont see it till thursday and cant offer another car to use. Its under warranty till december. Its a pain because I was just about to put it up for sale
Dont think its tyre related as they all seem fine, just hoping its not major

As Malin said there is a good chance that it is an ABS sensor that has died.

I had a very similar sounding fault a couple of times on BMW's, easy fix, they just replaced the faulty sensor.

ASC is the traction control setting - mate go and check all your trye pressues to see if you have a puncture or if not re infalte the tyres all to the same psi 28-31 for the mini and press the little button under the handbrake handle for about 10 seconds or until the runflat warining light goes out as this re-sets the runflat sensor

minitorque.com, the site for mini performance, drag racing track days & time attack

its all change for the S, to be revealed soon

I had a similar thing with my S. Turned out to be caused by a ABS sensor problem.
Phoned Mini and they got me to remove a fuse (can't remember which one) and this reset the lights on the dash.
Touch wood, it's never happened since.
