05 Dashboard

Hi everyone! I've read other posts but I'm not quite sure if it's possible to safely take apart a 05 dashboard because some people said that it couldn't be done because of the passenger airbag. This afternoon I was adjusting my GPS stand and one of the screws fell into the ventilation system. I wanted to open the dashboard to try to reach it. If someone had opened it help me. Thanks
