Screeching passenger window - MINI Cooper Forum

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me? I've noticed that when putting my passenger window down, the window starts screeching. A quarter of the way down, the screeching stops. When putting the window back up it starts screeching on the last quarter again, but louder.

Has anyone had this problem or know what this problem is?

Yes this is ALWAYS the rear section of the window regulator.
Remove the door trim and spray whatever lubricant you have on the rear section on the runners and it will go.
