Wind Noise??

When i take my car on the autobahn, and get a bit enthusiastic reaching speeds of above 90MPH sometimes i get an awful noise from the front of the car which sounds like wind noise. It can happen at lower speeds too.

Is this a common thing? Or should i take it back to the dealer?

you do tend to get quite a bit, its a feature of a car with an upright screen unfortunately.

that said the rubber/plastic strip along the top of the screen can loosen sometimes - check it's fully pushed down along its full length. if that comes out you get a howling noise so you'll know if thats what it is

I get the same noise at about the same speed. Is it worth me taking it to the dealer to check (car's only 6 months old) or am I wasting time?

I used to get a lot of wind noise on the motorway, particularly on the passenger side. I pressed the air recirculation button, and as if by magic, it went silent, no more wind.
