| You'll have to take it back ...or just get your hands dirty and tweek up the nuts and bolts and screws yourself. Its pretty common on the MINI especially on poor surfaced roads as they have quite stiff suspension so even the slightest loose bit and it works even looser due to the vibration through the car. My from factory Cooper had to go back for dash and door rattles twice before it was sorted...usually a bit of felt tape and some better adhesives and some proper torquing of screws soon sorts it. Its a pain but something that the dealers tend to be pretty happy to fix on new cars. R |

| 06 Mini Cooper I've had loads of rattles in mine. Plastic pillar (to left of passenger seat, under seat belt) was not fixed in. That made a rattle. Left rear speaker of Harmon Kardon was rattling as well. Take it back, complete pain, but its under warranty. |
