Please help me rescue my car.
The day after my Nov 06 wedding, my (red!) late model 2005 MINI Cooper S Convertible (automatic) had the service engine light come on along with the one for ABS. We also noticed shaking at low speeds that goes away at higher speeds. (This did not happen every time the car was turned on, but the shaking only occurred if both lights had come on. This had not happened in the previous year+ I had owned the car.) We drove it back home (from the destination), because of course, we had to make the honeymoon

.
I took it to the dealership. For days they kept it, and even admiited to me they didn't know what was going on. Finally they said it was a vacuum intake leak and sent me home with a "repaired" car.
The next day, the same thing happened with the lights and shaking. Again, not consistently: sometimes either light comes on by itself, sometimes both with shaking, sometimes neither. I took it back to the dealer. For the record, I live in a fairly warm place, so it was not particularly cold when this began happening.
It's been days again, and they still don't know how to fix it. They gave me a loaner but it's (sniffle sniffle), a Chevy, and not a convertible (and it's 70 degrees here!!). Please help me rescue my MINI, since they obviously don't know what's going on. She's lonely!!
(I did read some of the threads regarding stumbles and yo-yos. However, this is a model from September 2005, it never had this problem before, and it only happens when there are warning lights that light up.)
Thanks!
