Condensation inside sunroof

Hi Guys,

I know it's really cold and I should expect condensation on the outside, but when I got into my MCS I noticed the inside of the sunroof had quite a bit of condensation covering the whole of both the front and rear panels.

Is this normal? I can't remember it happening on my last MINI. I tried turning on the aircon to get rid of it but it doesn't seem to have made much difference.

Should I be concerned and take it to my dealer to have a look at?

Thanks,
Richard.

May be a stupid question, but are the rest of your windows and wind shields fogging up or building up condensation like your sunroof? Is your air circulation button set to circulation or outside air? It's normal to get condensation on the inside - even with the AC on - if you have the circulation for extended periods of time. Or, maybe your just breathing too hard

The rest of the windows don't seem to have as much condensation as the sunroof. On the roof it's more like tiny drops of water than just 'normal' condensation.

I set the aircon to recirculate, but I don't use it very often, only when the car fogs up.

I just want to make sure there's not a problem with moisture getting in through the roof
