Emission light & mot

Hi everyone i'm now the proud owner of a Cooper 51 plate, the car has been well modified by the last owner who worked for Minisport in Padiham including a superchip and piper manifold and exhaust system along with a pipercross induction kit. Unfortunately the emission light is on but the car runs fine I did an emission test where I work and it finally passed the mot level, the last owner said he had to lengthen the oxygen sensor wire to reach its new location which may be causing the light ? However my concern is over the emissions I was wondering if anyone else had similar set ups and struggled to get through the mot ? It still has the cat fitted so I was thinking it should still sail through however it was close and took some time to get there.

p.s. i have the airbag light on now as well but thats well documented I see
