Scotland MCS Side lights stay on

Evening or morning everyone, I have an issue with my 06 MCS and I was wondering if you have any suggestions to resolve

I recently changed my side light bulbs to the zenon look "white light" and after driving for several hours at night and parking in the garage I noticed when the lights were off they were actually still on just a little dimmer. I tried several different brands with the same problem and i was wondering if anyone has had the same issue, or any idea how to resolve.
I had a 53 MCS prior to my current one and the bulbs worked fine in that .

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

the ones I used were LED bulbs also but i concerned more about a drain on the battery especially in the winter.
