It's a Cooper - what did you expect?

I suggest you edit your post to remove the offending speeds before a moderator does it for you.

IBTL.

Its a NA 1.6L engine with 110bhp and a 5-speed box. Sounds about right. They arent meant for cruising at low revs and high speed. For that you need a bigger engined car.
