New gearbox needed

Took my Cooper in today after I noticed an odd noise coming from the front under acceleration that would stop once the clutch was pressed down.
Turns out I need a new gearbox.
Oh!

Anyone else or just me with this one?

I can see your point of view, but I still think you are full of crap.

Thanks pholcus, always nice to know you're not on your own with some of these problems.

Gotta wait 2 weeks before the new one is fitted so keep your fingers crossed it doesn't go on me before then.

I can see your point of view, but I still think you are full of crap.
